As Ever, Sam: Watch live TODAY!

Our premiere performance of my new Christmas drama, As Ever, Sam, is about to go live! Today at 4:00pm (Central Time) you can watch the drama in real-time on Facebook or on YouTube, whichever is easier for you. (My recommendation, though, would be to try YouTube first. Depending on your device and internet connection, you may find that the YouTube livestream is slightly better quality.) The livestream is linked below:

Since in-person attendance is limited this year, we’ve put extra efforts into our livestream setup, so we hope you have a great experience watching online! We’ll also be livestreaming our performances this Tuesday and Wednesday evening at 6:30pm, if you’re unavailable today. And, what’s more, we’ll keep the recordings available online for at least the whole month of December, so if this week is just crazy for you, you’ll be able to watch later!

Lastly, to prepare you for watching, here’s a quick summary of the storyline:

The world has been at war for nearly five years. Sam Fleming, drafted in the summer of 1943, has been in basic training for ten months with his new friends Gus and Kenny, and it’s now only a matter of time until their division is deployed.

Meanwhile, Sam’s sister Alice keeps in touch with him by mail as she finishes her English degree at Hudson Christian College in their hometown. Just days before graduation, however, she receives an extraordinary invitation to join the war effort in a way that may change her life forever.

Neither Sam nor Alice wants to leave home, but if that’s what it takes, they’ll make any sacrifice to protect the place and people they love.
