Between ten days of camp with very little quiet time and all my Saturdays last month spent working on the campground preparing for said ten days of camp, I wasn’t able to read quite as much in July as I was in June. That said, I did polish off two great books and made progress in a couple others.
Summer is making me so happy because I’m finding more time to read! Between twilit evenings when I can just sit and savor a few chapters and Saturdays I spend baking or painting while listening to an audiobook, I am thoroughly enjoying the extra helpings of literature I’ve gotten this June.

In last year’s poll, many of you expressed interest in hearing more book recommendations, and my April post about What I’d Been Reading for the first three months of 2019 was received well.
