We have a couple of 20-minute Christmas plays for younger kids to perform, as well as several longer dramas for teens and adults (60, 100, or 120 minutes in length). Our 10-minute Christmas skit, Hipster Holidays, is also on sale, and it works well for Christmas parties.

Christmas Drama 2021

Now. The main reason for this blogpost. I am delighted to share that I recently finished writing my newest Christmas drama, and we’ve started rehearsals for the premiere performance this December!

This year’s Christmas play is titled The Fontanelle House. We have a fairly small cast, but every single one of our nine performers is both talented and dedicated. It’s thrilling to see them already bringing the characters to life after just a couple of read-through rehearsals.

As you know if you’ve followed my Christmas dramas in previous years, I can’t reveal many details about the play yet. I’ll be able to share more as we approach our performance dates. Speaking of which, mark your calendars for December 12, 14, and 15! We’d love for you to attend in person if you live in or near Salem, Illinois. Otherwise, you can always watch our live-streamed performances through the Kittywham Productions YouTube channel.

For now, this is all I’ll say about The Fontanelle House: the story takes place in the year 1899 in the little town of Fontanelle, Nebraska. Expect comedy, drama, cozy Christmas cheer, and one or two plot twists you might not see coming.
