Junior Hannah Fleming is an English major at Hillsdale College, with minors in Classical Education and Latin. She is a lovely human being with a continuous smile, and I so enjoy working with her on the Tower Light board (and reading her beautiful poetry!).

Why I came to Hillsdale: My older sister went to Hillsdale and spent years trying to convince me to go. Finally, I realized that even though Hillsdale would be hard, it would be the right fit. The community at Hillsdale pushes me to not just live, but live well.

Campus involvement: I am the Head RA of Olds. I’m on the executive board for the Lutheran Society, the treasurer for the A.A. Milne Society, a member of Eta Sigma Phi, and an editor on the Tower Light board. I have been in the choir in the past and I hope to do it again in the future.

Career aspirations: I hope to teach elementary grades (K-4) at a Classical Lutheran School.

Summer plans: This summer I plan on taking a summer class, working on my writing, and going camping across the West.

Hobbies: I really enjoy reading and writing. In addition to this, I love to hike, camp, bike, ski, canoe, or really do anything outside. I also enjoy both watching and playing sports in my spare time.
