Few times do I love my work more than when I get to be involved in a performance of one of my plays. And that is happening this season! In a month my newest drama, The Nova Theater, will be premiered in my hometown, by a cast of some of the best young people I have the privilege to know.

The cast has been working for almost six weeks already and has moved from backstage read-throughs to onstage blocking rehearsals. To avoid spoilers I won’t tell anything about the plot or characters, but I’m sure I’ll drop a few hints here on the blog before we open on December 9th. For now, I’ll give you this peek into an early rehearsal I caught on video. We were being ridiculous and trying to say our lines with as little expression as possible. Which resulted in some funny-sounding statements. Enjoy!
